BOARDINGHOUSE

This family-owned and family-run boardinghouse with a restaurant is located directly under Lipnice Castle in the picturesque region of the Czech-Moravian Highlands.

Lipnice nad Sazavou is intrinsically connected with the name of the writer Jaroslav Hasek, author of the worldwide-acclaimed novel "The Fortunes Of Good Soldier Svejk".

It was just here in this inn "At The Czech Crown" where Hasek wrote a substantial part of his work during his stay at Lipnice. Thanks to the reconstruction by Hasek´s descendants the boardinghouse serves as a place for recreational stays combined with local sightseeing and pleasant moments of leisure. Moreover it is suitable for holding various celebrations, weddings, seminars and corporate meetings.
